Non-household customers are obliged to choose their supplier on the free electricity market.

Regulations

Non-household customers are obliged to choose their supplier on the free electricity market.

From 1 July 2021, non-domestic customers connected to the low-voltage electricity distribution network are obliged to choose their supplier on the free electricity market.

According to the commitments made by the state, the full liberalization of the energy market, which means the exit of household consumers to the free market, must be completed by the end of 2025.

The driving force for achieving full market liberalization is promoting the free formation of electricity prices and creating a competitive environment for the sector.
